Prints are made to order and sent flat. We do not roll prints.
How long it takes
Unframed prints are printed, dried, signed and packed in 5 to 8 working days. Framed prints take 10 to 14 working days, because the frame is made to the print. You get an email with tracking when the parcel leaves.
How prints are packed
Unframed prints travel flat in an acid-free sleeve between two sheets of rigid board, inside a corrugated box. Framed prints are wrapped, corner-protected and boxed in double-wall cardboard, with the acrylic glazing covered by a protective film.
Where we send
We send to the United Kingdom, most of Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size and the address. Import duties and taxes outside the UK are paid by the buyer on delivery.
If it arrives damaged
Keep the box and the packing, take photographs and write to us within seven days. We will reprint the same number, or refund you, whichever you prefer.
