Orders
When you buy a print, payment is taken by our payment provider on its own secure page. We receive your name, email, delivery address and what you bought, and we use them to make, sign and send your print. Your name and the date are written in our edition ledger next to your print’s number, so we can replace a certificate later. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.
If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply so we can follow up. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to the studio address on the contact page. Ledger entries for a print you own are deleted only at your request.
