Returns
You can return a print within 14 days of delivery, in the condition it arrived.
Write to us first so we can send you packing instructions; prints need to come back flat, in their original box. We refund the price of the print and the frame once it is back with us and undamaged. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the print arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
The edition number
A returned print keeps its number. It is checked, and if it is in perfect condition it is offered again with that number; if not, it is destroyed and the number is marked in the ledger as cancelled. Either way, the edition never grows.
Certificates
Please return the certificate with the print. A refund is made only when both are back with us.
